Spirit Run Mnandi Inyathi Black Sambuca takes the classic anise liqueur into darker, more mysterious territory. Where our White Sambuca is clean and floral, the Black is deeper and more complex — layers of elderberry, dark spice and liquorice root weave through the anise base to create a richer, bolder drinking experience. Dark in colour, intense in character, and surprisingly smooth for a spirit with this much personality.

Finish: Long and warming with a bold liquorice finish and a lingering dark fruit note
Serve chilled as a shot with three coffee beans, or over ice as a slow sipper. Outstanding in cocktails — try a Black Sambuca Sour with 45ml Black Sambuca, 20ml lemon juice and a dash of egg white, shaken hard and served over ice. Also pairs beautifully with dark chocolate desserts.
