1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses throughout South Africa via The Courier Guy PUDO locker network.
2. How It Works — PUDO Lockers
We use PUDO smart lockers for all deliveries. At checkout you select the PUDO locker nearest to you. Once your parcel is packed and dropped off, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a PIN to collect your order at any time — 24/7.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at thecourierguy.co.za.
7. Failed Collection
PUDO lockers hold parcels for 5 days. If you do not collect within 5 days the parcel is returned to us. A redelivery fee may apply.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and contents before removing the bottle and contact us at within 48 hours of collection. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Age Verification at Collection
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older. PUDO locker collection is PIN-based — please ensure your PIN is kept secure and is only used by a person 18 or older.
