Distilled from quality molasses and rested in oak for six months, it sits in that sweet spot between the vibrancy of a white rum and the warmth of a full aged expression. Light oak influence, natural sweetness and a clean distillate character make this an incredibly easy-drinking rum — straight, on the rocks or in your favourite cocktail.

Nose: Light molasses, vanilla, fresh oak and a hint of tropical fruit
Palate: Sweet and approachable with caramel, light banana, soft vanilla and a gentle oak backbone
Finish: Clean and warm with a lingering sweetness and a light spice note
Serve over ice with cola and a wedge of lime for a classic Rum & Cola. Also excellent in a Mojito — muddle fresh mint and lime, add 50ml rum, a teaspoon of sugar and top with soda water. For sipping, try it neat with a few drops of water to release the vanilla and fruit notes.
