Aged for a minimum of three years in small oak barrels, GOAT 3 Year Potstill Brandy is a true South African craft brandy — double distilled in a copper pot still and matured slowly to develop depth, character and warmth. South Africa produces some of the finest potstill brandy in the world, and this expression is our contribution to that proud tradition. Rich, smooth and unhurried — just like the Overberg itself.

Nose: Dried apricot, vanilla oak, caramel and a hint of toasted almond
Palate: Warm and rounded with stone fruit, soft oak spice, butterscotch and a gentle dried fruit complexity
Finish: Long and warming with lingering oak, vanilla and a touch of rancio character
Sip neat or with a single large ice cube to appreciate the full depth of character. Also excellent with a splash of still water to open up the fruit notes. In cocktails, use in a Brandy Alexander or a classic Sidecar — 45ml brandy, 15ml triple sec, 15ml fresh lemon juice, shaken and served in a sugar-rimmed coupe.
